The Briard is an ancient Herding dog breed. This Dog is an ideal companion for someone who wants a lovable, but not overly dependent, dog. He is a member of the Herding Group, his weight is at around 75 pounds and lives comfortably in the country or city — as long as he’s with his family and gets sufficient exercise.

  • Devoted and faithful, the Briard is a loving and also protective companion dog.

  • This dog can be assertive with other dogs and may nip at people’s heels when playing.
